Trust & Transparency

Trust & Transparency

Trust and transparency commitments for the Uganda Coffee Guide. Our research methodology, content standards, what we cover and do not cover, and how we ensure accuracy for international coffee buyers and industry professionals.

Our Commitment

How We Build Trust

We believe transparency is the foundation of a useful resource. Here is exactly how we work, what we cover, and what we do not.

Research Methodology

The Uganda Coffee Guide aggregates publicly available data from the Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA), international coffee trade publications, industry reports, and publicly accessible market data. We compile, organize, and contextualize this information for international coffee buyers and industry professionals.

We do not conduct original field research, proprietary surveys, or commissioned studies. Our value is in curation, synthesis, and clear presentation of information that is otherwise scattered across multiple government and industry sources.

Key data sources include: UCDA monthly and annual reports, International Coffee Organization (ICO) statistics, and publicly available exporter registration records.
